Coconut Granola


Recipe Makes: 10 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup raw pecans, chopped
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325f.
  2. In a large bowl mix together oats, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and pecans.
    In a small sauce pan melt the coconut oil, then add in the honey and vanilla extract. Be careful not to burn the mixture.
  3. Add the sauce to the bowl and mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread it all on a baking sheet and bake at 325f for 20 minutes flipping half way through. Bake until golden brown. Let cool and crumble.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
