Banana Oatmeal Muffins


Recipe Makes: 12 muffins

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

3 bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 egg

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup honey

1 1/4 cup flour

2 cup oatmeal

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375f.
  2. In a small bowl mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In a large bowl, mash up the bananas. Then add in vanilla extract, coconut oil, honey, and egg. Mix until everything is combined.
  4. Add in the oatmeal and let sit for 20-25 minutes. Then add in the rest of the dry ingredients.
  5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until they start to become golden brown.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all ingredients.
